ACR (Acrylic processing aids) is specially designed for PVC products which can largely imporve the plasticizing capacity, ACR801 is a new linear macromolecule materials and mainly structured by the methacrylate ester, acrylic ester and olefin copolymerization monomer, the olefin copolymerization monomer is very good compatibility and weatherproof.
Our ACR801 not contains styrol copolymer and divinyl vinylethylene, which make keep the final PVC products good weatherproof and light fastness. Also improve the melt strength and enhance the final products’ surface gloss.
The additional rate is very low when used for PVC outdoor products, such as the PVC profiles and pipefittings
