We adopt vacuum melt infiltration method to produce tungsten silver alloy. It is good performance and stable quality. Because different of melting point between tungsten and silver, we can’t use traditional vacuum melt infiltration method tungsten silver alloy and tungsten copper alloy.

Tungsten silver adopts these process routes:  powder preparation –suppressing – sintering —melt infiltration —-machining.

The specification of tungsten silver alloy is more unique than others. Under the situation of same tungsten copper, the proportion and thermal conductivity of tungsten silver is higher than tungsten copper alloy, so tungsten silver is a good material in spark discharge and electrical contacts.

The procedure of tungsten silver alloy is vacuum melting impregnation process, which conform to international GB/T8320 and ASTMB631. Tungsten silver alloy is used widely in:

·         EDM electrode

·         electrical contact

·         resistance welding electrode head

·         precision probe

·         high precision bearing(conductive, wear-resisting )
