Function and application introduction

This machine is controlled by PLC program and it is operated and displayed by large LCD. Servo system drives special made belt automatically sends card and mills slot, parameters are adjustable which ensures the card conveying fast and stable.

Double rails and double modes structure which is suitable for slot milling and processing of standarded one card single chip or one card two chips IC card slot.

Feature

1.       It incorporates card conveying, slot milling, slot cleaning, scrap collecting.

2.       Production speed is fast, acreage is small, use rate of power dissipation is high.

3.       4 group indepent XY milling 4 slots respectively. If one card single chip or one card two chips is needed, choosing it on the operational interface, it is convenient.

4.       Professional milling clamping tool and accurate positioning enabling high precision of slot milling.

5.       Three-shaft positioning control system drive servo motor to mill cards, the parameter of each shaft can be adjusted respectively, the milling precision can’t be effected by the diameter tolerance of the milling cutter, with flexible slot pattern.

6.       Matching if with testing function.(if it is double card or card direction is wrong or card is penetrated alert automatically and stop.)

7.       High speed PLC program controls automatic running, operating rate is faster and if anything is error, machine will alert and stop.

8.       Matching machine with automatic knife changing system, which means machine can change knife automatically without adjusting any parameter.
