Function and application introduction
This machine is controlled by PC program and can be operated by large LCD. mutli groups servo system matches with sensor automatically convey cards, and seals IC modules. Parameters ard adjustable, speed is fast and precision is high.
It is designed by double rails double modes structure, and is suitable for implanting and processing of standard one card single chip or one card double chips IC card module.
Feature
1. It incorporates card sending, glue laminating of IC module, punching conveying and hot welding , cold weld implanting and IC module testing.
2. It is designed by double modes structure. Placing chip and sealing, testing are set and corresponded to the module positions of two different directions, so if it is needed to seal one card single chip or one card two chips, you can choose operation interface.
3. It is designed by double rails card sending structure, so its acreage is small, production speed is fast and it can save labor force.
4. The proper card amending structure makes implanting precision high.
5. Using servo dynamo drives imported high precision linear module structure conveys IC module. Precision is high and working longevity is long.
6. Using cold welding technics to seal it after hot welding by several level. Temperature is adjustable, implanting result is well.
7. Special hot welding implanting recycle cooling system is suitable for the implanting of different specifications of hot weld glue.
8. Module steeping electric eye automatically monitors, protects. Quality of module can be recognized and removed automatically.
9. PC program controls automatic running, so operating speed is fast. If anything is error, machine will alarm automatically and stop.
10. PC computer embedded IC module reading and testing system is widely used and is powerful.
