Features of the Floor Type Dry Mortar Production Line

Details about the Dust Catching System

 In addition to the dust filter on the top of the power silo, there is dust filter in the feeding department where the works feed the raw material and there is concentrated dust filter in the drying workplace, packaging workplace and transporation in bulk workplace. It improves the working condition as well as the utilization of the raw material.

 In the drying system the dust filters are the combination of gravity dust filter and bag dust filter. It can achieve zero emission. At the same time the recycling dust can be reused.

To meet the requirement of catching the raising dust during the process of conveying, there are different dust filter for the raising dust which can effectively control dust emission levels to meet or exceed the national environment production standards.

Coulter-type Dry Mortar Mixer

Coulter-type dry mortar mixer contains four parts: the transmission mechanism , horizontal cylinder, coulter and fly cutter; the raw materials have convection move along the tube wall under the action of the coulter, which can achieve uniform mixing in a short time. It can meet the mixture of liquid-solid, make wet grain and dry material, particularly suitable for the mixture viscous or colloidal additive.

Weightless Dry-mixed Mortar Mixer

Weightless dry-mixed mortar mixer has a strong, efficient features, mixing time is short, the design mixing time from 1 to 3 minute, put in 1:1000 ratio greater than 95% uniformity; horizontal cylinder body isokinetic two counter-rotaing mixing shafts, shaft angle arrangement of blades to ensure that the special material of radial, circumferential and axial three-movement to the shed to form a combined-cycle, in a very short time to achieve uniform mixing.

Horizontal Spiral Belt Type Dry Mortar Mixer
