Constituent

1.JW-SR109V Phenyl RTV high temperature resistant silicone rubber is polymerized by Phenyl ring siloxane & Methyl ring siloxane.With

    dimethyl hydroxyl terminated linear high molecular Polydiphenyl dimethyl siloxane

2.JW-SR109V Phenyl RTV high temperature resistant silicone rubber contain phenyl functional groups. Improved silicone rubber’s heat

    resistance, oxidation resistance  and  radiation resistance

Directions

1.Potting components should be dusted firstly. Then wipe with alcohol or propyl alcohol and drying. Potting site must be clean and dry

2.Mixed with 100 parts component A and 3-5 parts component B of JW-SR109H Phenyl RTV high temperature resistant silicone rubber

3.Pour uniform the glue into potting site. Surface dry after 1-2 hours and Full cured after 48 hours

4.Full curing time can be adjusted as per the quantity of Component B. More Component B, less curing time

5.According to the actual working conditions , to determine the amout of products

Storage

Just well protected against dampness, moisture , sun etc when storage and transportation. The term of validity is 1 years based on unsealed original packing with storage temperature 5-40℃.And after that , it can be used if pass the testing
