3. Application characteristic

a. It selects ultra-fine dibasic and tribasic material, rationally match the various imported efficient internal and external lubricants and forms through advanced compounded technology and synthetic process.

b. It has excellent heat stability, fast plasticizing, good liquidity, etc

c. It has wide processing range with reasonable and efficient internal and external lubricants supplement and proper proportion of stable lubrication sliding agents, suitable for a variety of processing equipments and technology. The processing performance is excellent.

d. It adopts a more reasonable manufacturing technique and the final flake shape product belongs to dust-free products.

e. Its hot mix temperature is 110 ℃ ~ 115 ℃.

2.8～3.6 PHR.
