About Ankylosaurus dinosaur

Ankylosaurus means "stiff lizard", it appeared in the late Cretaceous, 70000000 year -6500 million years ago, living in the forest, desert of Bolivia of South America, USA Montana and Mexico . The Ankylosaurus is a kind of herbivorous medium-sized dinosaur., the body dressed in "armor" dinosaur. They are generally 5 ~ 7 meters long, 1.5 meters wide, 1.7 meters high, the maximum was up to 9 meters, weighing up to 7 tons.

 The Ankylosaurus' body covered with thick plates, with two rows of spines on the back, with a pair of horns on its head. This kind of strict preventive measures defensed most predators. The Ankylosaurus had a golf rod like tail. Four short legs , a wide head, hind legs longer than forelegs   It looks a bit like a tank car when crawling, so some people also call it the Dragon tank.
