Characteristics:

●Shell：Aluminum Alloy coating with hard anodic oxidation and polyester. Protection grade IP67.
●Motor：Special induction motor provides large starting torque and can reach peak quickly. Build in overheating protection and overload protection.
●Sealing：Double O-ring for di-directional seal
●Gear and auto equipment：By outage the worm gear lever mechanism and two double reduction gears can prevent valve position imprecise caused by momentary switch, make sure valve in the right position.
●Protection switch：Build-in limit switch and torque switch. Limit switch used for adjustment of valve limit switch range. By excessive torque the valve and actuator can be protected through overload protection and switch position protection. 。
●Connection shaft sleeve：Removed for free processing, installation is in line with ISO5211 standards, convenient and easy connection to the valve.
●Lubrication: CIATM221 is used for all gear and shaft, free of lubrication and maintenance within 5 years.
