1.General Introduction:

Black annealed wireis also known as black annealed iron,rely on thermal annealing technology,by heating and cooled slowly to increase the hardness and reduce brittleness,it is more flexible for use and reprocessing.

2.Materials:Iron wire,carbon steel wire Q195.

3.Manufacture Process:

Wire Rod-- Pickling rust-- Drawing molding--High-temperature calcination—Constant temperature--Annealing --Wire Coiling

We produce it with strictly control of every technological processes.

Tensile Strength:350 - 550 mpa/mm2(Very soft, annealing for 9 hours)

Elongation:≥15%

Oiled:covered with consistent oil for anti rusting.

Polished:surface smooth and shiny.
