BGY-301 is multi-component slurry including monocrystalline diamond powder, dispersing aids, grinding aids. It is dispersed in a medium such as water or oil. It is mainly used for thinning and polishing of stainless steel, carbide and other super hard materials. it is produced by special process technology with well-chosen monocrystalline diamond powder as raw material. It has good suspension, high removal rate, no scratches on work-piece.
BGY-302 is a multi-component slurry including polycrystalline diamond powder, dispersing aids, grinding aids. The compound is dispersed in a medium such as water or oil.It is mainly used for thinning and polishing of sapphire materials. It is produced by a special process technology with the precision shaping and grading polycrystalline diamond powder as raw material. Compared with normal suspensions, it has less roughness, higher removal rate and longer lifetime.
