Dimension tolerance of parts is from Grade CT4-CT6 as well as German standard of VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768. Casting weight is from 2g(s) to 8kgs , and surface fineness is Ra 3.2~6.3. the length of casting is less than 350mm. We could provide material analysis report by Spectrum Analysis Instrument and measurement report for each shipment. The min. order for each serial production is 1000pcs and packed in carton in 260X170X200mm dimension, 25kgs each carton limited. usual delivery time for each serial production is 30 days.
