It has automatic lubricating system that the grease is injected and filtrated automatically, which can

1, Vertical ring die, feeding vertically, the raw materials can follow to the pelleting room directly. (For other machines ring die machines need 

Forced feeding device, feeding materials hardly, and easily broken)

2, Vertical ring die structure, easy for heating dissipation, which can keep the machine running continually. (For normal ring die pellet machine, 

it is designed for animal feed pellet making, not good for heat dissipation. 

3, Ring die fixed, main axis vertically, main shaft and roller rotating , the roller only can rotating inside of the ring die, so no 

deflection, no shaking, machine running more stably. (Normal ring die pellet machine, 

the main shaft horizontal, and ring die rotating, for biomass making, it is easy for making the shaft have deflection, 

and easy to broken the shaft and ring die)

4, Vertical ring die fixed, roller rotating, with centrifugal force, making the materials evenly distributed around inside the die, also the 

centrifugal force will help improve the capacity. 

5, Double-layer stainless steel ring die, up and down side. One ring die can be using 2 times by turn it over. Cut down operating costs. 

6, The roller auto lubricating system and gear box lubricating system, the machine can operating continuity. (Can 24 hours running per day)
