ET High Frequency Dual Online UPS 2kva/3kva is with Double Conversion technology 

uses DSP (Digital Signal Processor) with a high processing capability and stability. The E-tech Dual series automatically accepts two input ranges of 85 to 150 VAC 

and 170 to 275 VAC.2kva and 3kva models are available in versions with input voltage 120V and 120V outlet or 220V input and 220V output or input 220vac  and 120vac outlet, or 120vac input,220vac out let .It’s a popular product special designed for Brazil market.

Packing&shipping

1. If amount is less than 15000usd,The price is EX-WORKS;If need FOB quotation, we will charge 200usd as export operation cost
2. Payment: TT 30% deposit, 70% be paid before shipment
3. Delivery time: 3-4 weeks after payment
4. The validity period for this quotaion will valid winthin 30days
5. allowing to mix the different goods into a container based on the MOQ
6. OEM/ODM: allowing to use the customer logo based on order quantity.
7. Neutral with carton packing

Warranty and Service

1. 1.5% spare parts of  quantity   with  delivered with UPS;
2. waranty for 18 months from shipment date(2 years for 3phase UPS). 
3. If any part fails within warranty and needs repairing or replacing, please send part or board back to us(you pay for the freight), Or you provide  the exact  details information as per our requriment, and we offer you free spare parts  and send  to you( you pay the freight fee)
4. For Battery: waranty for 12 Months since shipment date;after repaired or replacement, we will send the part or board back to you(we pay for the freight).And if battery has problem, we will deliver the replace unit with UPS by sea only.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality, and we will charge for the sample cost, but the cost can be refundable if your order quantity is more than the MOQ.
