Product Description:
Flotation machine is the main equipment in mineral dressing plant, for rough selecting, selecting, scavenging, reversing and other mineral dressing work, and the mechanical mix flotation machine is divided to XJ (A type), SF type, JJF type and so on; This machine is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for separating non-metals like coal fluorite and speck stone. The impeller is rotated by vee belt of electric motor and produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure. One hand, it sucks into enough air to mix with pulp and fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam. Then it turns into mineral foam after floating on the pulp. Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers.
 
Working Principle:

The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface.
