Wood carbonization furnace is the ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Wood carbonization furnace adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing heating the wood stick until it divide into fuel gas, tar and charcoal. Because of the reasonable structure, the wood carbonization furnace needs small quantity of heat consumption only. The wood carbonization furnace is equipped with superheated stream cooling system. Thus the cooling process can be speeded up for 4-12 hours, and the production cycling time can be shorten to 24-48 hours

Brief introduction

The Carbonization stove (gas flow type),which this furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption.  It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio (increaced from about 88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
