5. Properties And Uses: The GV100 Film-forming additives applies into waterborne polymer latex paint, easily mixes with emulsion, and at higher levels, does not affect the stability of the coating, it is a strong solvent emulsion polymer.
a. Effectively reducing the minimum film-forming temperature of emulsion paint, minimum film forming temperature can reach 0 ℃.
b. Effectively prevent smearing cracking of coating adhesion, scrub resistance has significantly improved.
c. Can obviously improve the film forming performance, and improve the gloss of paint film, strength and resistance to pulverization performance and enhance the flow flat.
d. Can excellent wet membrane performance, improved weather resistance and color development.
e. Good and good storage stability freeze-thaw stability.
6. Scope of Application:
Widely used in pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, wax, silicon acrylic-acid latex;
Can be used as propionic acid baking varnish and other baking varnish solvent, the printing ink, textile dyes and advanced baking enamel do high boiling point solvents;
GV100 film-forming agent has been widely used in exterior latex paint, really stone, multi-color, waterborne wood coatings, water-based industrial paint, etc.
7. Method of Application：
Ordinary architectural emulsion, GV100 film-forming additives added quantity for emulsion commonly addition amount of 3% - 6% .No more than latex solid content of 12%, will not affect the stability of the emulsion;
Freezing point is very low, do not need special treatment in winter;
In different construction season, under the condition of different temperature and humidity, can be adjusted as appropriate. If can be divided into two times to join, can give full play to its functions.
A. To join in grinding phase 1/2 amount, will help color/padding of wetting and dispersing
B. Add 1/2 amount at paint mixing stage, will help to suppress bubbles.
8. The Packing and Shipping and Storage:
a. this product in galvanized iron drum packaging in plastic drum, net weight is 200 kg.
b. should handle with care during transportation, do not inverted, should avoid collision fall, prevent the rain and sun light exposure, and in conformity with the relevant provisions of the ministry of communications.
