The movable bearing pulled by oil cylinder when change tools, spindle cantilever bearing at the fixed bearing. Power part consists of DC motor, reducer, distributor, and universal coupling.

4. The technical details:

◇the main body and base are welded by steel plate, annealing and shot peening treatment, machining by NC machining center.

◇spindle process: forging→ rough machining→ modulation heat treatment→ finish machining→ grinding; Material: 42CrMo.

5. Lubrication: manual grease gun.
