HUALONG LWS-160 is specially designed to test bend-resistance performance of reinforced rolling steel bars, building steel reinforcements and steel pipes which completely meet the requirements of ISO 7438, ASTM A615 A615M and other international and national specifications.
Generally, the deformed and plain carbon steel bars forconcrete reinforcement in cut lengths shall withstand being bent around a pin without cracking on the outside radius of the bent portion.

Applications:
Used for bending and straightening steel reinforcing bars.Two types of test can be performed depending upon size and quality of specimens:
1) Bending the specimen through 90° and than straightening it then straighten it of at least 20°;
2) Bending through 180°.

Features:
1. The Mandrel is interchangeable to meet requirements of specimens with varying diameters.
2. Adjustable distance between rollers to accommodate specimens of varying diameters and shapes.
3. Simple manual control to finish a testing procedure by pressing down corresponding buttons.
4. The whole is cased to protect every single component from the dust, and the operator from any possible danger. A small bowl has been fitted under the beam, where the steel bar is bent.
