CLEANROOM CLASSIFIED PARTITION.
Our modular wall system has been designed to accommodate an aluminum frame on four sides, which determinate the strength of each single panel.
The external face can be made with:

• High pressured laminated 4 mm th. (FIRE REACTION : EuroClass B-s2,d01 )
• Prepainted aluminum sheet 12/10 th. PVDF coating available at request (FIRE REACTION : EuroClass A12)
• Stainless steel 304 S.B. finish 10/10 th. (FIRE REACTION : EuroClass A12)

Insulation:

• Polystyrene; (FIRE REACTION : EuroClass E)
• High density RockWool(FIRE REACTION : EuroClass A12)
• Aluminum corrugated sheet (FIRE REACTION : EuroClass A12)

Standard panel thickness 48mm.
Wall panels are located at the base on an extruded aluminum adjustable floor truck profile. The floor plinth is to be bolted, using anchor bolts to the floor slab. Different floor solution are available depending on the type of flooring. The partition comes with a rounded coving sanitary profiles in anodized or pre-coated aluminum. For corner joints between two or more walls we propose instead of the traditional solution, an especially designed system which eliminates steps and/or corners.
