The BZJ series of automatic laminating machines is widely used in paper packaging industry for the lamination of cardboard to cardboard and cardboard to corrugated board，including flute A,B,C,D,E,F and N. Three，five or seven layers corrugated paper all can be laminated smoothly and accurately.

Top Paper Feeding Unit: 
² Heavy-duty feeding head which is more powerful and feeding smoothly and precisely, applicable for wider range;
Top paper conveying unit:
² wearable and soft PU solar wheels working with conveying belts makes paper transportation stable, smooth and won’t scratch the surface of paper, applicable for different thickness of paper;
Bottom Paper Feeding Unit：
² Adopt import perforated sucking belts, suction strong and feeding stable.
² Suitable paper: more than 300g/m2 cardboard and corrugated boards of A,B,C,D,E,F and N. Three，five or seven layers corrugated paper, conveying paper smoothly and precisely with high speed.
Bottom Paper Conveying Unit：
² Unique synchronous push claw mechanism can make the conveying smoothly and precisely of cardboard over 300gsm and flute A， B, C，D，E，F, N corrugated paper, no matter 3 layers, 5 layers or 7 lays.
Register System：
² Unique synchronous paper push claws send bottom and top paper into the laminating unit at exactly the same time , the position of top paper and bottom paper can be micro-adjusted during the running of the machine.
Adjust System：
² Adopt precision fine-adjuster, laminating error can be adjusted during machine high-speed running, improving working efficiency greatly
Gluing System：
² Automatic glue supplement mechanism check and add glue automatically through electric fluid controller. According to different demands of different papers, glue thickness can be adjusted freely. Gluing recycle system save glue and resolve the problem of glue throw-away. Laminated papers is even and precise;
² Adopt unique processing technology (Anilox roller design) ,during the process of gluing, making every grid stick with glue evenly, meanwhile, resolved the problem of hard to glue cardboard to cardboard.
Driving System: 
² Adopt import synchronous belts as main drive parts, soft, strong, wearable and heat-resistant, working with chain-driven push claws, adjust system and side-register mechanism, our machine can keep the lamination error margin within ±1.5mm and keep a low wastage rate.

Parameters
