Application
This machine is the cylinder cavity shot blast cleaning machine. It mainly uses the steel shots throwing through efficient grit blaster to clean the oxide layer and rust on the surface of the work pieces. so the work pieces will expose the metal color.

The machine includes cleaning room, shots recycle system(elevator, separator, helical conveyor, supplying shots system ),impeller head,dedusting system, roller bed system, electric system.
Cylinder rotation transition mechanism, airbrush device, airbrush lifting mechanism, sealing chamber, double airbrush grit blaster, foundation, electric control, lifting walking conveying mechanism. associated equipment: dedusting system( filter cartridge deduster ,draft fan,pipe line)
Working principle
There are six small rotary table on the big rotary table in the cleaning room. The small rotary tables are equipped with rotation structure. The big rotary table has three working position, every position has one airbrush .Each airbrush can blast the different size of cylinder.
#1 airbrush will blast bottom of cyclinder,#2will blast the whole body of cylinder,#3will blast shoulder of cylinder.
When the work pieces are put on the big turntable, the turntable will drive the drive device in the cleaning room, the first cylinder will reach #1work position ,it can lift the airbrush device, the small turntable starts to rotate, it will bring the airbrush into the tank ,the high pressure airflow will drive the steel shots in the airbrush to blast high-speed, then the steel shots will clean the oxide scale and rust layer inner of cylinder, the cylinder will expose the metal color.
After #1 finished, spray gun will back out. The big rotary table will rotate to the #2 working position, the air brush will enter the cylinder to blast the whole body, at the same next cylinder will enter the #1 working position. after #2 finished, spray gun will back out. The big rotary table will rotate to the #3 working position (at the same next cylinder will enter the #2 working position), the air brush will enter the cylinder to blast the shoulder.
After cleaning finished, airbrush back out, the big turntable rotates to bring the cylinder out from the cleaning room, the workers will discharge the clear cylinder and load the cylinder needing to clean the machine will start the next recycle.
The airbrush will enter the next group cylinder, the machine will start the next recycle.
Because the cylinder inverts, the steel shots cleaned will flow to the bottom and collected to elevator, then the separator will choose the steel shots. dust collector will clean the dust and the qualified air to the atmosphere. The waste will let out in to waste bucket, the qualified shots will flow into the shots tank to reuse
