Product feature
1.Equipment body adopts 3-beam 4-column structure with good rigidity and stable performance.  
2.Equipment adopts advanced pump control technology, saving 30%-40% energy compared to common pressure machine. Noise does not exceed 70db. 
3.Servo motor directly drives gear pump to supply oil, with stable pressure. When moving downwards, principal axis has high repeated positioning accuracy.
4.Weighing sensor is installed to display actual pressure.
5.Downward stroke has two kinds of speed, fast stepping and slow stepping. Fast stepping speed improves operation efficiency. Slow stepping speed can be adjusted freely to protect molds and improve product quality. 
6.The equipment has oil temperature testing function. When oil temperature is too high, this equipment will actuate cooler to cool down hydraulic oil so as to ensure stability of equipment.
7.Pressure and displacement of press-fitting can be tested at the same time. When pressure or displacement is not within set range, the machine will give alarming and stop operation automatically.
8.Maintenance cost is low due to its easy control, less accessories.
9.It is mainly applied to various precision punching and cutting. 
10.Long time pressure maintaining can be conducted to ensure product quality after press-fitting is finished.   
11.Infrared safety device(optional).
