The 1 motor, reducer

It is to drive the rotation of the rotor.

The rotation speed of the rotor will be decided by the scraper form. Its viscosityand evaporation tube diameter; the choice scraper appropriate velocity is one of the important parameters to ensure stable and reliable operation and satisfactoryeffect evaporator evaporation. 2 separation barrel

Material from the entrance is arranged on the lower end of the separation barreltangential entering the evaporator, and the cloth is arranged in the separation barrel body is uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the continuousevaporation cylinder body, cylinder body two times from the evaporation steamevaporated to separating cylinder, the gas-liquid separator is installed inside, will be the two time the steam might sm le droplet or bubble separation, two steamfrom the upper end of the outlet.

On the basis of reasonable design of separating cylinder in the evaporatorresistance calculation, is one of the key factors to avoid material "short circuit".

3 distributor

Distributing device mounted on the rotor. The reasonable design, the tangent direction into the evaporator material, through distributor rotating, is continuous and uniform of a film with cloth in the evaporation surface.

4 gas-liquid separator

Rotary vane type separator is installed in the separation barrel, two steam maycarry it will rise the droplet or bubble trapping, and make it back to the evaporation surface.

5 evaporation barrel

Also known as the heating barrel. It is rotating scraper forced film-formingmaterial and heat exchange surface evaporation heating medium jacket. The diameter and the length of the cylinder body by evaporation evaporation areaand suitable length diameter ratio determination.

5.1 if the heating medium is steam, heating tube body generally adopts jacketform.

The 6 rotor

The evaporator cylinder mounted on the rotor by rotating shaft and the rotating frame. The rotor is driven by a motor, reducer, and drives the scraping platemoving in a circle. A rotating frame adopts stainless steel and plastic processing,make its strength, size, stability is guaranteed

The 7 scraper

The scraper movement, the material continuously in the evaporation surfacescraping into thin films, in order to achieve the effect of thin film evaporation.

According to the material viscosity properties, has the following four kinds of the scraper can be selected:

(1) sliding scraper (see Figure 2)

The sliding blade is one of the most basic, the most common form of scraper.The scraper is installed in the four blade rotor guide groove, due to the centrifugal force of rotation of the rotor and the radial thrown to the evaporationcylinder wall, at the same time, along with the rotor with a circular motion. Thescraping scraper, so that the material was membranous turbulent state in the evaporation surface, greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient, and thecontinuous scraping, overheating, effectively inhibit the material dry wall andscaling.

Usually, the scraper with PTFE material, it is suitable for the work temperaturelower than 150 DEG C; when the evaporation temperature is higher than 150 ℃,requires the use of carbon fiber material. Scraper guide groove face processinghas a certain angle.

(2) fixed scraper (see Figure 3)

Fixed scraper are made of metal material, it is rigid connected with the rotor,blade length with an evaporation barrel body, rotating scraper and evaporationtube wall is only 1-2mm, requirements and installation of precision high, it is suitable for high viscosity and easy foam material evaporation condensation,precipitation or purification.

(3) the hinge blade (see Figure 4)

The scraper is suitable for easy scaling in the heating surface of the material, the scraper usually adopts non-metal parts, the hinge the scraper is installed in therotating frame. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force, the scraper ispressed on the inner wall of the evaporating barrel, (wall) with a certain angle in the wall slip, the material scraping into thin film, and prevent wall scaling.

(3) spiral scraper (see Figure 5)
