PP PE plastic film extrunder machines 

1.What does the machine do?

The machine could help you to recycle the plastic BOPP, CPP, HDPE, LDPE,LLDPE,PET,PA,EPE,ETC. film, bags,raffia, yarn, scrapes etc.The end products is the regular plastic pellets.

The material either from post industrial material or post customer material. Note please: depends on the material condition, the material should be washed or not washed. 

2.Does the machine need large space?

The machine is small with no much space in factory. It contains one conveyor with or without metal detector, cutter compactor, extruder, degassing, pelletizing, water chute, vibration, and centrifugal dewatering, wind transmission and packing.

3.How the machine work?

The machine work like these:

One person put the raw material into the belt conveyor, the metal detector detects the metal. If the metal pass, the metal detector will alarm, and the belt will stop. You remove the metal the restart the metal detector. The raw material goes into the cutter compactor for cutting and compacting.The cutter compactor mount disk with rotary knives. It will work with the fitted knives inside of the cutter compactor to crush the raw material and then the material will go into the entrance of the extruder connecting the cutter compactor. The extruder is with degassing and filter, each with the ability to remove the ink and impurities. After the raw material go out the extruder die head, there is the watering pelletizing or strand pelletizing. It will cut the  material into the small regular pellets. Then the cut pellets go to the centrifugal dewatering to dewater and then go to the vibration and wind transmission channel for the next step packing.

4.Does your machine will work well on our material?

5. Will the machine be reliable?

All the machine passed the CE certificate. We will list the machine material in the quotation for you check. The motor is SIEMENS BEIDE, temperature control OMRON, SIMENS frequency controlling etc.

6. How to solve the problem when the machine go wrong?

As per customer request, we offer engineering to assist install machine in customer factory. And we will offer training and support techniques. Main machine guarantee is one year except the wearing parts. is Once any problem on machine running, we will offer first response. 

7. What is the payment item?

We accept 30% T/T payment in advance, and 70% payment T/T before shipping. 

8. How to accept the machine?

Once the machine finish, customer go to our factory to check and test the machine. We will offer the test material. Once satisfy, customer pay the rest money.

ML type machines features:

It can recycle the most of the soft plastics and some rigid plastics. The soft material contains wholes rolls and crushed LLDPE, LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP and PET films and fibers from post industrial or post consumer.  The rigid plastic contains the HDPE,PP bottles,drums and caps from post industrial or post consumer.

According to the material contamination condition, we design one stage pelletizing machine for the clean material or on line recycling and the two stages for the comparatively contaminated materials.

1. One stage pelletizing machine

One stage ML type machine can recycle the LLDPE,LDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP PET films and fibers. Based on the material specification, we will design the specific screws, and the pelletizing type, also the related auxiliary machines to assist the machines.

A. High efficient pelletizing machine

The capacity of the machine varies from 100-1000kg/h. High efficient motors and screw design make the machine capacity will be larger than normal same screw diameter extruder.

It can be used in recycling and pelletizing the flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP,PET films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

B. Normal one stage pelletizing machine

The capacity of the machine varies from 100-1000kg/h.

The normal design one stage pelletizing machine can be used in recycling and pelletizing the  flexible LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE,PP,BOPP,CPP films each on line recycling or the bulk recycling.

C.Middle screen change pelletizing machine

The middle screen change pelletizing machine can be used in the recycling the heavy ink oil printed soft plastics,such as the high printed PE,PP films and bags, metal plated films BOPP films.   

The middle hydraulic pelletizing machine can effectively remove the ink oil and other impurities. Firstly it will be degassed in the cutter compactor. Secondly the screw has special design to make sure the material to be filtered well. Thirdly the degassing in the screw will be effectively work.

The final pellets will be guaranteed after the good filtering and degassing.  

2. Two stage pelletizing machine

The two stages pelletizing machine is designed to recycle the high contaminated post-consumer and post industrial plastics, such as the washed PE,PP films and bags, laminated BOPP films, heavy printed PP,PE and BOPP films and foam plastic and laminated fibers, etc.

It features in the two filtering on the each extruder. Twice filtering can effectively remove the impurities and make sure the high quality of pellets.
