Wood dryer is designed for the drying of sawdust, small wood chip, wood veneer. This wood drying machine has the features of large drying capacity, energy saving, less maintenance, etc. Xinguang wood dryer is mainly composed air heater, feeder, air-flow drying chamber, cyclone separator, fan.
 

Working Principle of Xinguang Wood Dryer:
After being sent to the dryer chamber, the wood material is treated by both the spray torch and the rotary cylinder. The wood material get separated and fluidization inside the chamber letting the hot stream get fully contact with the wood.

The air flow type sawdust dryer is employed to dry the wet partical/powdered sawdust. The screw conveyor feed the wet sawdust continuously into the drying tube. In high-speed heat flow, the sawdust is separated and the moisture in the sawdust is evaporated quickly and getting the dryed powdered sawdust.
