ABS Grade A steel plate is common strength shipbuilding plate which is mainly used for built hull of vessels,ship body construction.Normally when rolling,Air rolled and Control Rolled is ok for ship plate ABS Grade A with the thickness equal and belows 40 Millimeters,and for thickness above 40mm,the heat treatment shall be Normalised or TMCP,these two technical treatment would improve steel strength in yield and tensile points.

ABS Grade A steel plate size: Thickness*Width*Length  3-450mm*1220-4200mm*5000-18000mm

Main steel grades: Common strength ship plate A,B,D,E.High strength ship plate AH32,AH36,
AH40,DH32,DH36,DH40,EH32,EH36,EH40,FH32,FH36,FH40.

ABS Grade A ship plate main application: Shipbuilding steel plates are mainly used to contribute hull of ships and the cranes of break bulker and vessels in low temperature oceans.

ABS Grade A ship plate surface treatment: Hot rolled and Coated or shot blasting and painting

ABS Grade A ship plate test: Ultrasonic examination,Normalized,Quenched and Tempered,Z-test(Z15,Z25,Z35) and Third party inspections by end user.
