The typical design of cast steel gate valves are bolted bonnet, rising stem with yoke & flexible wedge gate. Our facility has rich experience of manufacturing, as well as OEM service. 1) Flexible wedge gate, which is ground and lapped to a mirror finish and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage.
2)Renewable seat for size 10” and below upon request; back seat design
3)Outside screw; rising stem with precision threads and burnished finish.
4)packing material of flexible graphite normally; PTFE or combined material available upon request. Live loaded packing (Belleville spring loaded packing) is available if being requested.
5)Bolted bonnet for Class 150-900, while pressure seal for Class 1500-2500 usually.
