A set of the full-automatic CNC concrete roof tile making machine includes the following devices:

one MYW-8 main machine, one mixer, one elevator, one hydraulic forklift, one manual machine making ridge tile and edge tile, 2000 pieces of steel tile moulds, 5 pieces of plastic ridge tile moulds, and 5 pieces of plastic edge tile moulds

1 Working principle:

Mix water, raw material such as cement or coal ash and sand up in proportion and feed the mixture evenly to the main machine, and then under the high pressure of a hydraulic cylinder and a mould, semifinished concrete tiles which become concrete tiles after maintenance and painting are produced. If different moulds such as terrazzo or brick moulds are applied, terrazzos or bricks can be obtained.

2 The advantages of the full-automatic CNC concrete roof tile making machine:

2.1 High molding speed and large capacity, high rate of finished products, reliable performance and lower price-performance ratio. The main machine is equipped with the PLC control system imported from Japanese Mitsubishi and a HMI system which is convenient for workers to operate and easy to learn and maintain. All processes from feeding to getting finished products are full-automatic. 

2.2 The hydraulic system of the main machine is with stable performance and low consumption, which is most-advanced in the same category. And a quantitative cup is adopted to ensure that the weight and dimension of each tile is exactly the same so as to promote the sales volume by good quality.

2.3 The whole production line from feeding to getting finished products is full-automatic, which reduces labor cost as the entire production line needs only 3 to 4 people.

2.4 Multiple purposes: Through changing moulds, it can produce a variety of cement tiles including master tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drain-tiles, antique Chinese tiles, road bricks, square bricks, artificial stones, colored floor tiles such as terrazzo tiles, bathing tile, terrazzos, and so on.
