Stainless steel Johnson screens are used to stabilize the well, in order to make sure that the whole well can work smoothly. We also can design and produce casing and tubing of stainless steel series for our clients especially .

API/ISO stainless steel casing and tubing size: 2 3/8inch – 20inch

Connection type of API/ISO casing: STC,LTC,BTC or others

Application of Stainless Steel Johnson water well screens:

Production Methods:

1.Winding cold-rolled wire, approximately triangular in cross section, around a circular array of the longitudinal rods.

2.The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights.

3.Slot opening are manufactured by spacing successive turns of the outer wire to produce the desired slot size. All slots should be clean and free of burns and cuttings.

4.Process: Carbon steel ones will be galvanized.

5.Package: inner bubble bag and outer woven bag. Wooden box can be supplied if needed.
