1. The LJ350A continuous rotary extrusion line can be used to extrude three aluminum wires at the same time by using only one aluminum rod as the feedstock.
2. Based on continuous extrusion process, the production line is able to make the feedstock into the desired shape at a time. The extruded products have uniform composition, as well as smooth and burr-free surface.
3. As compared with traditional aluminum wire manufacturing equipment, our continuous rotary extrusion equipment has advantages that it can provide end products with uniform internal and external hardness. This makes sure all extruded aluminum wires have consistent quality.
Applications
As its name indicates, this continuous rotary extrusion line for aluminum wire is mainly used to produce various aluminum conductor wires and shaped wires with unlimited length. These extruded products are often used in the production of power cables.
