Low-cost jack with rack idler

Use: it allows idling motion transmission - perfect for raising or lowering the rows of bottle tracers (see
diagram on page 116). suitable for low-load applications where the maximum torque required is
4.5 Nm.
State of supply reduction gearbox in reinforced polyamide complete with 1 worm screw in phosphated
steel, 1 metal gearwheel (reinforced), 1 rack in galvanised steel with end-stop composed
of a UNI5739 M6x25 hex head screw and M6 screw washer, 1 knob fastened with a UNI5739 M6x12 hex
head screw and M6 screw washer and 1 polyamide screw cap, 4 UNI5739 M6x55 hex head screws, 4
UNI7474 M6 self-locking nuts and 8 M6 screw washers.
Characteristics: motion transmission to the driven reduction gear Part 4674 occurs by means
of the hexagonal transmission shaft.
The brake eliminates loss of position caused by external factors (e.g. vibrations).
Warning:n order to protect the internal transmission devices, if you use the knob for movement,
the brake will not fully lock the position.
