Application

It needs disc assembly designed and manufactured with axial elasticity for ensuring clutch engaged soft and automobile starting stability. The machine is designed for test disc assembly axial compression performance, clamp thickness, parallelism under simulating real assembly condition. It is applied to the enterprises and clutch production line detection, research and development and quality control departments.

1. To design and manufacture according to 6.5 test condition in 6 clutch disc assembly characteristic test of standard of QC/T27-2004Bench Test Method of Automobile Clutch

2. To design and manufacture under test standards provided by the customers.
