2.Are your samples free or need cost? 

Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value ssamples,it need sample cost and freight collect. Please informed that all samples cost and can be returned back to you after order placed.

3.How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

4.Can you do the designs for us? 

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in toilet design  and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

5.How long can I expect to get the sample? 

It will be ready for delivery in 7~15 days. The samples will be sent to you by air. 

6.What about the lead time for mass production? 

Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we s est that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

7.  Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 5 hours bus ride from Guangzhou and about 30 minutes taxi ride from Jieyang Chaoshan Airport.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

8. Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order ?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ and only maximum 5 item assorted are allowed per 20ft container,10 items per 40ft container.
