Classification of Yuning pectin

Yuning Pectins range from food grade pectin to pharma grade pectin.High methoxyl pectin is the main products of the company,especially its HM-SS Pectin type perform well in making confectionary,jellies and ordinary jams,making the end products posses elastic texture.Yuning MRS Pectin is mainly used in fruit juice and dairy products.Yuning pharma grade pectin mainly used in cosmetic and pharma industry.

Yuning pectin is extracted from citrus peel,has good gelling property.As the technicians improve the production technology,the pectin colour is whiter than before,it becomes more applicable in different food production.Yuning pectin has good fruit flavour release and make the end product more tasty.
