Dunnage air bags

Outer bags: Based on different materials, Dunnage air bags are divided into two series: PP kraft paper dunnage bags and PP woven (water proof type) dunnage bags. PP kraft paper bag is kraft paper laminated PP & PE material with high friction coefficient; PP Woven dunnage bags outer bag is made from high strength PP woven fabric, also as strong as PP paper dunnage bag. Another advantage of PP Woven bag is water proof, which is very suitable for ocean transportation.

Inner bags: The inner bag is made from 3 layers co-extruded PE film. Its superior air impermeability can support cargos for long time.

The special one way valve is rapid inflation and deflation.

Dunnage air bags can load the pressure of more than 10 tons. It is convenient and can highly save the stuffing time and transportation cost. Therefore, our air bag has been widely used by more and more companies.

The usage of the dunnage bags:

If there are sharp points in cargo packages, the fluting paper or other flat lumber should be added to either side of dunnage bags so that the bags won’t be pierced and can be in normal use.

Please do not put dunnage bags between cargoes and the door of container in case the operator was hurt.
