For proven quality of our sand casting parts ,we have our own casting workshop which is outfilled with a resin sand casting line.With annual production capacity of 5000 ton.The casting line is mainly made up of
One set of 1 ton intermediate frequency furnace,two set of 2 ton medium rerequency furnace,one set of 4 ton holding furnace.It is dedicated to produce custom sand castings with maximum dimension of 2200*2200*1500 and maximum net weight of 4000kg.
Additionally ,we have a spectrographic lab and a mechanical lab.The labs are equipped with a series of testing euipment to ensure integrity of cast parts.Included are the spectrum analyzer,tension tester,magnetic defetc detector,ultrasound flaw detector ,hardness tester,and the foundry sand testing euipment.
