RUBBER ANTIOXIDANT TMQ（RD）

Chemical name: Polymerized 2,2.4-trimethyl-1.2-dihydroquinoline 

Molecular formula: (C12H15N)n 

Molecular weight: (173.26)n 

Properties: it is low-molecular polymer. Pure compound is an amber to brown flake, soluble in many organic solvents such as benzene, acetone and etc., slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons, insoluble in water. 

Specifications: 

Appearance: amber to light brown flakes or Granular ; 

Softening point: 80~100℃ 

Ash: 0.3% max 

Loss of weight after heating: 0.3% max 

Uses: an antioxidant for natural rubber and many kinds of synthetic rubber, especially for the prevention of thermal deterioration on NBR. These goods can be used in heated vessels and the torrid zone. 

Packing: packed in plastic woven bag, lined with plastic bag. Or kraft paper bags .
