Detailed Information:

1. QU High Quality Gate Valve belongs to integral construction type valve, including body, disc and U type sealing strip. The valve’ body is designed with a notch, and equipped with flexible U type sealing strip. When the disc is coming down, it will press the sealing strip into the notch to realize the seal between body and disc.

2. When the valve starts to open, the disc will move upward, the disc will be away from sealing strip, and sealing strip will bounce to the same level with the notch. The advantage is that, there would be no precipitates exiting in the notch, non-clogging, easy for pipeline washing, easy maintenance and extend the valve’ lifetime.

3. The flange is with O ring, no need to use gasket. Easy for installation and little friction. There are many actuators like manually operate, electric drive, pneumatic drive, electric hydraulic drive, hydraulic drive, and bevel gear operated and others, which would meet different requests.

4. If the valve is with non-stainless steel material, we would make surface spray treatment, which is much better than any other paints in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and durability.

5. This valve can be equipped with wear resisting ring to increase valve’ resisting ability. For special project, we would advise to take the QW series valves.
