(Laser Printed Data Inspection)

•  All types of laser printed character inspection, 1D and 2D bar code, onboard chip defect inspection, punch hole and part of cutting line detection.
• IC card chip inspection contents: surface contamination, finger print, punching, etc.
• Punching inspection and cards printing inspection is accepted
• Both sides of the card can be inspected simultaneously, no need to flip. Consequence of the card number can be maintain unchanged.
• Compatible with ISO card and half card inspection, no need to adjust the card conveyor.
• Updated software package detects the printed data on the surface of the card and compare them with the counterparts stored in the database. No need to worry about any symbols printed in English or any special symbols. Mistaken number, repeated number, wrong sequence and lacking of numbers will be excluded by the system and recorded in a log file.
• Automatically locate the region of interested of a card. Once a card is inserted, the control software is able to find the interested inspection data automatically with any human interference, thus high efficiency is granted.
• Error categories:

      Mistaken number -- the card number being inspected is not provided.

      Repeated number – the inspected card number appears more than once.

          Wrong consequence – incorrect order of card number, say the normal consequence should be 1,2,3,4,5, however once get inspected, we get 1,2,3,5,4            

     Lacking of numbers – the card number inspected cannot be found in the provided cards.

     Defects of both sides – there existed incorrect features, e.g. the chip, the cutting line and part of wrong printing.

• Production log files and error log files are generated automatically.
• Inspection speed : 20000 pieces /per hour.(normal cards)
