perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic grade. Possesses high melt strength, toughness, low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric & non-stick properties and thermal stability. Exhibits low smoke & moisture absorption, good flexibility and low flammability. Provides creep resistance at high service temperatures, good heat-, chemical-, ignition and weather resistance. Teflon™ PFA 340 can be processed by melt extrusion & injection, compression, and transfer molding. Used in extruded tubing & other profiles for hose, wire & cable insulation, sleeving, industrial film and molded articles requiring superior electrical, chemical, and thermal properties.
Teflon PFA 416HP
additive-free perfluoroalkoxy-based resin. Exhibits ultra-high thermal resistance, dielectric properties, excellent chemical resistance, high stress crack resistance, ease of processing and easy flow. Possesses high melt-flow rate, low viscosity and good MIT flex life. It can be molded into intricate thin-wall parts in a more efficient manner as compared to other fluoropolymers. Processed by melt extrusion and by injection, compression, and transfer molding processes. Used for insulation of ultra-fine wire, cable and intricate electronic parts, like used in mobile telephones, medical sensor wires, micro coaxial cables, and wireless antenna applications in headsets, laptops and smart phones. Teflon™ PFA 416HP complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, UL-94 (V0) flame rating and European Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.

tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene (FEP)copolymer. Possesses good dielectric, non-stick properties, good toughness, low coefficient of friction and moisture absorption. Exhibits low flammability, good flexibility, low smoke, chemical inertness & high weather & ignition resistance. Teflon™ FEP 9494 is suitable for processing by melt extrusion & injection, compression and transfer molding. Used in thin wall wire & cable insulation, industrial film, high speed extrusion of thin coatings on small gauge wires for twisted-pair constructions and low voltage applications.
