Portable blasting machine

The portable blasting machine is developed by Rudder on the basis of the technology imported from German. Its high-speed blades cast abrasive to blast and clean surface and form texture, which is a advanced way of mechanical treatment. It possesses such advantages as high surface quality, surface roughness controllable, high production efficiency, low production cost, high automation degree, widely application, etc. In the meanwhile, it will cost no pollution, no dust and it can also improve working environment.
The portable blasting machine consists of mobile carrier (remote control), impeller head, blasting room, storage room, sand separator, two-level dust collecting system, pneumatic device, electric control device, etc.
Working principle: through mechanical way, it casts steel shot to concrete road and steel plate surface with high speed and suitable angle. High-performance blasting device quickly push steel shot to the ground and clean the softer surface part of surface. Irregular “orange peel” structure and the purpose of cleaning can be achieved. The consumer can choose different size and shape of steel shot, the speed of machine, the shot speed, so that different surface effect can be achieved. During blasting process, steel shot and dust will enter into dust collector and then will be separated through special filter. Dust enter into collector and steel shot will be recycled.
