I. Use

FS Series Strong Pulverizer, which our company produces, is an assistant equipment of the plastic sheet extrusion machine. It is mainly used to pulverize the waster and inferior made of polystyrene, polypropylene, nylon, engineering plastic and PVC and head of injector. If screen board is changed and the clearance of the knife is adjusted, it can pulverize plastic waster, like, forming film, dust extending film, thin sheet, thin board, etc.

II. Function

1、It uses import and high quality tool steel, special made knife, the knife installation design can be adjusted, after it becomes blunt, it can be grinded for many times and can be used repeatedly, so its life is especially long. And you can choose various knifes and screening nets.

2、Cutting base is step style cutting design, and it makes the crumb to be decomposed with force, makes the crumb cutting power to be increased many times. Cutting base material is T7 high quality steel, steel flexibility is reasonable, and it’s not easy to be broken and damaged, the structure is stable and durable.

3、It can automatically drive the material, and the noise is low, it has protection system with the power supply to ensure the equipment to be safe. It’s a necessary pulverizer for the plastic extrusion machine.

4、There are sound insulation at front and back, so the noise is low.

5、It has separate design, so the machine-washing, net changing and maintenance are all very convenient.
