Traits: purple prism crystalline powder. Soluble in dilute acid and ammonia, insoluble in cold water,hot water decomposition.
Usage: used as a chemical reagent, is the raw material of the system a cobalt salt. As a porcelaintoner, at lower temperatures, common cobalt coloring. Also be used as electronic materials, magneticadditives. Prepared cobalt-based catalyst is used as the pH adjusting agent.
