WORKING PRINCIPLE:

Automatic powder coating reciprocator working theory is as following:

The spraying guns are mounted on an extend arm from a carriage, which is programmed to move within designed stroke length and running speed, As for the stroke length and running speed, it depends on the dimension of workpiece and pre-designed output of workpieces .

• Motor power:0.75KW ,1.1KW or others according to running requirement
• PCL touch controling board and Japan Mitsubishi Transducer
• Stroke Length:1.5M 2.0M,2.5M 2.8M 3M,3.5M.... adjustable accordingto requirement;
• Running speed: 0~0.8m/s (0-30m/min)
• Spraying guns loading:4~6 guns
• Packing: By wooden case or wooden structure frame (G.W about 175 KGS)
