One year for the whole machine, and three years for the air end. During the garantee, any problem of the machine, our after-sales people will get back to you in 24 hours.

For the problem parts, we will send you free replacement parts to solve the problem.

 

2.  Special Customized Service

 

 

1). Full OEM

 

Quantity: at least 5 pcs

 

In this plan, we will do all the changes (Colour, name plate and logo) as your need, and will not charge extra fee.

 

 

 

2). Half OEM

 

Quantity: no limit

 

Under this program, we can make the necessary alteration (name plate and logo). But we will charge some extra fee for the name plate, as the name plate factory has the MOQ.

 

 

 

3). Logo OEM

 

Quantity: no limit

 

Only the logo will be changed to yours, and no extra fee will be charged.

 

3. Engineer Oversea Service

 

We are available to send our engineer for aboard service. Only need you to arrange the accommodation, transportation and translator. Extra cost each will be discussed based on local price level.

The air end is originally imported from germany and there are only two moving parts inside the air end : male & female 

rotors , contact only occurs on a lubricated pitch line , thus wearing is virtually eliminated , there fore the air ends are

 featured by high efficiency , low energy consumption , low noise and high reliability.

  

  

 03 Siemens Electrical borad , Perfect quality , perfect performance .

 

04 Particular cooling design , High temperature protect control system , which can stop automatically when the machine temperature too high

 

  

 

When the air Exhausting temperature is higher than the fan starting temperature , the fan motor will run , when the air exhausting temperature

 is lower than the fan stop temperature , the fan motor will stop running , ig there is no fan or the fan is not necessary to be protected , set the 

starting temperature of the fan to 120c and the stop temperature to be 70 C.
