This line adopts linear design, and has 8 forming stations. Include: A set of two-way transporting systems, eight foaming fixture, a set of recharging mechanical systems, a set of internal and external mould heating system, a set of hydraulic system, a set of mould, changing trolley and safety ventilation system. The production lines and electrical control system are designed in accordance with the cyclopentane foaming requirements.
Advantages: High automation degree, reasonable structure, and easy operation, convenient maintenance, harmonious man-machine interface and high production efficiency.
