 The unfolded cold rolled silicon steel goes continuously in the annealing furnace for thermal treatment, to get good magmetism.

The furnace is of horizontal type.It is characteristiced by high annealing efficiency, excellent strip performance and high output.

The annual output of the line is 100 000- 200 000 tons.

 Coil loading car→Pay-off reel →Cutting shear →Welder →Entry looper →Cleaning section(Alkali spraying → Alkali brushing → Electrolytic cleaning → Water brushing → Hot water rinsing) →  Hot air dryer →Annealing furnace →Cooling device →Squeezing device →Hot-air dryer →Coater →Drying furnace →Sintering furnace →Cooler →Exit looper →Exit shear →Tension reel →coil unloading car
