Operating Instruction

1 preparation before splice

1.1stripping fiber’sother protective layers outside the coating layer

1.2placing protection sleeve over fiber

1.3Strip and clean outer coating of fiber

1.4 fiber cleaving(it’s better to equip ALK-66A)

1.5 place optical fiber

2 fusion splicing 

2.1select splice program and set splice parameters

2.2automatic alignment and head-face inspection

2.3arc splice

2.4Splice loss extimation and quality assessment

Interchangeable Fiber Holders ;Fiber holders adopt Interchangeable design. we can change different fiber holders for different fiber splicing:
1,Splice-on fast connector---3x2mm drop cable
2,Splice-on fast connector---Pigtail fiber (2.0mm or 3.0mm)
3,3x2mm drop cable---3x2mm drop cable
