Cleanroom sticky mats are placed at the entrances of your critical manufacturing environments to remove loose particles from shoes equipment wheels before entering the controlled environment area. Okeep’s Cleanroom Sticky Mat is composed of  high-quality low-density polyethylene materials and adhesive material through special process. It can quickyly and effectively remove traffic dirt from wheels and dust from the soles to keep the environment clean. Various size and color options allow you to choose.

Features

1. Each layer is coated with a unique high viscosity or low viscosity of adhesive binder.

2. Multi-layered, adhesive-coated mat that effectively controls contamination, bacteria and viable microbes from foot and wheel traffic. It can remove up to 99.8% of foot borne viable microbes.

3. No glue falling, no odor, non-toxic.

4. Easy to use. When the surface layer is contaminated, simply peel off the top layer and throw it away.
